DELIVERY / TRANSPORTATION

We can deliver country wide at current courier rates. As we are a wholesaler, our prices do not include transport. There are 2 options namely:

• You can choose to send your own courier for collection-delivery to your address.

• You can elect to use our courier / delivery to your address - the transport charge will be added to your invoice.

* Please indicate your choice on your order to avoid delays or miscommunication.

RETURN POLICY

• No goods will be returned or exchanged unless prior authorization has been obtained.
• We will not accept branded goods for exchange.
• Samples: No refunds/exchanges after 7 days of purchase.
• Orders: 7 days after the invoice date all returns/exchanges will be subject to a handling fee of 12% the total amount of the invoice.

PRICING / PAYMENT TERMS

• Note that due to currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.
• C.O.D. orders will only be released once proof of payment has been received.
• All orders are treated as C.O.D. unless account facilities have been approved in writing.
• Headwear24 reserves the right to withdraw or amend credit facilities at their discretion.
• Goods remain the property if Headwear24 unless paid in full.
• All RD cheques will be levied at a charge of R150.
• Non payment resulting in Legal/Collection fees being incurred, will be for the clients' account.
• We do not accept cheques.

ACCOUNT FACILITIES

Headwear24 is a C.O.D. wholesaler, however we do entertain 30 day accounts based on the following criteria:

• There is a trading history with Headwear24 of more than 6 months.
• There is a minimum average monthly spend of R30 000.
• A successful credit check conducted by Headwear24's banking institution.
